of recommendation and attach to application. 5. All forms must be post
marked by April 1st. Return application to the SNOA
member 6. Winner will be awarded
$300 to go toward the SNOA State Conference or to the
NASN 7. Winner will receive a
personal award plaque and a traveling school plaque.
